This part of the costa blanca enjoys its own micro-climate and is generally recognised as being one of the healthiest places in the world to live. With around 320 sunny days every year, rainfall is scarce and mostly falls during the winter months.

Nearly all of the beaches in the local area have been awarded blue flags for water quality, safety and environmental stewardship. Lifeguards are stationed on all beaches during he holiday season. Parking at all of the beaches is free

Next to the beach is the Marina at Campoamor

Playa Punta Prima:

20 minutes walk from the apartment

Restaurants overlooking the bay and sea

La Mata Beach:

Big sandy beach 10 minutes drive from the apartment just North of Torrevieja

Playa Flamenca:

Another beautiful beach with excellent facilities and a beach bar for snacks and drinks.

La Zenia beach:

10 minutes drive
2 coves with beautiful soft fine sand
Beach bar and restaurant just off the beach

Cabo roig:

15 minutes drive from the apartment has 2 lovely beaches
Cala Capitan and Cala Caleta, with a marina that has recently undergone a major upgrade and refurbishment.
